Dan Peacock has spent much of the past 15 years exploring the waterways of Shelburne County. He is an avid paddler and photographer. The only thing he likes better then

spending time on the water is sharing the experience with others. While on the water safety is his paramount concern. To ensure this he is certified in Advanced Wilderness and Remote First Aid. In times of trouble being able to communicate is a valuable asset. While most people have cell phones, in remote areas they often do not have service. To overcome this challenge Dan has his ham radio licence(VE1-DTP) and carries a handheld unit with him.
